Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy We understand that plans can change, and we try to be as flexible as possible. However, to respect our time and preparation, please review the following policy: • A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your session (except private classes, which require full payment). • If you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your session, your deposit will be transferred to a future date (1 time only). • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book again. • No-shows will be considered cancellations with no refund or transfer. • For commercial projects and private classes, custom agreements may apply.
